Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, courier delays, or customs clearance.
3. Shipping Charges

5. Address & Delivery Issues

⦁ If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional charges may apply for reshipping.
6. International Shipping & Customs

⦁ Any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
⦁ If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within
1 day of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
⦁ For lost shipments, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to locate your package.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Ready-Made Jewelry: Returns are accepted within 1 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. However, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, customers can choose another item of equal or higher value by paying the difference.
Customized Jewelry: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, returns and exchanges are not allowed unless there is a defect or manufacturing error.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
9.Exchange policy
1.Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
2.Products must be in original condition with tags attached.
3.Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item
