Custom jewelry orders require a clear reference image, description, and approval before production begins.
Any changes to custom orders after confirmation may result in additional costs or delays.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept payments through Razorpay. Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
In case of any payment failure, the order will not be confirmed.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Standard and custom orders have different processing times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Delays caused by third-party courier services are beyond our control.
Any duties or taxes applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Ready-Made Jewelry: Returns are accepted within 1 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. However, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, customers can choose another item of equal or higher value by paying the difference.
Customized Jewelry: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, returns and exchanges are not allowed unless there is a defect or manufacturing error.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.

7. Warranty & Repairs

We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship. If you encounter any defects in materials or workmanship, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.
Any damage due to mishandling, improper care, or normal wear and tear will not be covered under warranty but can be repaired at an additional cost.

All content, including images, logos, designs, and text on this website, is the property of Mirrajewels and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
